The River of God’s Love

The love of God is vast and wide,
A deep and ever-flowing tide,
Unconditional, without end,
A love that we can't comprehend.

His love was shown in sacrifice,
Upon the cross, He paid the price,
A depth of love that's ever true,
A love that never betrays me or you.

Compassionate in every way,
He feels the pain we face each day,
His heart breaks with our every tear,
Uplifting us with comforting care.

His forgiving love knows no bounds,
With open arms, He surrounds,
No matter how far we have strayed,
His mercy and grace, never fade.

Everlasting, His love endures,
Through life's uncertain shores,
No height, no depth, no power can sever,
His love from us, no, never, never.

Personal and intimate, He knows,
The deepest corners of our souls,
He sees every tear that we shed,
And never lets us go, we're led.

Empowering, it fills us with might,
To love as it loves us, a shining light.
A love that's like a fragrant flower,
Blooming with the divine power.

Inviting and beckoning, His voice,
Calls us to make the divine choice.
To taste and see that He is good,
And experience His love as we should.

In fields of green, by rivers wide,
We'll walk with Him, our faithful guide,
Through valleys low, and mountains high,
His love will never pass us by.

So let His love fill up your heart,
And let His grace transform your part,
For in His love, there is no fear,
Just hope, and joy, and love so dear.

With every step, with every breath,
His love will conquer fear and death,
And in His arms, we'll find our rest,
And know that we are truly blessed.

For His love is like a river,
Flowing freely, now and forever,
It washes away all our sin,
And makes us whole, new life within.

So let His love be your guide,
And in His embrace, you'll abide,
For in His love, you'll find true peace,
And all your fears and worries will cease.
